Refund policy

At NEJMA, every piece is carefully prepared before shipping.

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be accepted, items must be returned unused, undamaged, in their original condition and original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Because NEJMA pieces are handcrafted, slight variations in shape, colour or finish may occur. These details are part of each item’s unique character and are not considered defects.

If your item arrives broken or damaged during shipping, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the package and affected item.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
